The winding tube is composed of two layers with different winding directions, forming a working layer. 1、 Product structure type
It is mainly composed of a liquid resistant inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, 2 or 4 or 6 layers of steel wire winding reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of bearing pressure on the conveying medium and protecting the steel wire from erosion, while the outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage. The steel wire (reinforced steel wire with a diameter of 0.3-2.0) layer is the skeleton material, which plays a reinforcing role.

High pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses are mainly used in hydraulic systems, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, as well as mechanization and automation in various industrial sectors. Hydraulic systems transport petroleum based and water-based liquids with corresponding pressure and temperature. When used for liquid transportation, the working pressure can reach 70-100MPa.
