Types and connection methods of joints for high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses
Time:2023-12-19Page views:1913High-pressure steel wire braided hoseIt is a component of a high-pressure hydraulic system that requires oil pipes to withstand oil pressure and have corresponding fatigue strength, and to be able to withstand the hydraulic pressure required during operation. The rubber hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. This hose can withstand high pressure, has excellent pulse performance, tightly binds the tube body, is soft to use, and has excellent bending and fatigue resistance.
There are various sealing forms and connectors for rubber hose joints, most of which have been standardized and serialized, among which nut connections are more common. The joint materials include carbon steel, 45 gauge steel, and stainless steel. Choose different hose fittings according to different purposes. The length of the sealing section of the joint is generally 1.5 to 4 times the inner diameter of the hose, and for hoses with larger inner diameters, the length should be several times shorter. As the inner diameter decreases, the multiplier gradually increases. In addition, the length of the core tube inserted into the rubber tube should also be the same as the outer sheath. In general, after crimping, it should be the same length as the sheath.
Connectors are used to connect pipes, hydraulic components, installation plates, etc. According to the connection method between pipes and connectors, weldable pipe connectors include sleeve type pipe connectors, expansion type pipe connectors, rotating right angle pipe connectors, flexible hose connectors, and quick connectors. Among them, welded pipe connectors are mainly used for connecting steel pipes in high-pressure systems, sleeve type pipe connectors are used for connecting steel pipes or copper pipes, expansion type pipe connectors are suitable for connecting copper pipes and thin-walled steel pipes in medium and low-pressure systems, and buckle round pipe connectors are mainly used for connecting high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses that require quick loading and unloading.
The high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose consists of an inner rubber layer, a steel wire braided layer, and an outer rubber layer, and has properties such as long service life, small bending radius, high pressure resistance, and fatigue resistance. The steel wire braided structure reinforcement layer has excellent performance, and the pipe body remains soft while ensuring pressure resistance. The inner rubber layer is composed of nitrile rubber, and the inner corners have been specially treated to be smooth and oil resistant. The outer adhesive layer is made of high-performance CPE, which makes the pipe body more wear-resistant during use. Meanwhile, the specially treated outer adhesive has strong aging resistance and oil resistance.
