Due to the mutual contact between steel wires in the same weaving layer, when they are subjected to dynamic pressure, their respective expansion and contraction will cause friction between the steel wires, affecting their durability.

The structure consists of a liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle layer, I, II, and III grade steel wire braided reinforcement layers, and a synthetic rubber outer layer with excellent performance.

2. Product Usage

Mainly used for hydraulic supports, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanization and automation of hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors. The system can withstand corresponding pressure and temperature, and transport petroleum based liquids, water-based liquids, gases, etc.

3. Working temperature

Oil temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to 100 ℃, air temperature ranges from -30 ℃ to 50 ℃, and water emulsion temperature ranges below 80 ℃. If the temperature exceeds this range, rubber hoses with corresponding characteristics need to be used.
