1、 Product Features

2、 Working temperature
Working temperature of high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose: -40 ℃~120 ℃.
3、 Production process
1. Mix the inner layer adhesive, middle layer adhesive, and outer layer adhesive according to the formula using a blender, extrude the inner layer of the tube using an extruder, and place it on a soft or hard core coated with release agent (liquid nitrogen freezing method also does not require a tube core).
2. The rolling machine presses the middle layer rubber plate, adds release agent, rolls it up, and cuts it to the specified width according to the process requirements.
3. Wrap the core containing oil tube with copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on a winding machine or weaving machine, and at the same time wrap the middle layer of rubber sheet between every two layers of copper plated steel wire or copper plated steel wire rope on the winding machine or weaving machine.
4. Cover the extruder with outer glue again, and then wrap it with a sulfurized protective layer of lead or cloth.
5. Sulfurization is carried out through a vulcanizing tank or salt bath.
6. Remove the sulfurized protective layer, pull out the core, press the pipe joint, and perform sampling and pressure inspection.
The high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose mainly relies on the reinforcement layer to withstand pressure, and the winding pipe is composed of two layers with different winding directions, forming a working layer. There is an intermediate adhesive between the two layers, so there is no crossing between the two layers of steel wires in the same working layer. Therefore, when subjected to dynamic pressure, there will be no stress concentration or frictional wear caused by cross bending between steel wires, and it has good durability and can withstand high pressure.
