1. Product Structure
The steel wire braided rubber hose is mainly composed of a liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle layer, I, II, II steel wire braided layers, and a weather resistant synthetic rubber outer layer. The steel wire layer is the skeleton material and plays a reinforcing role. The inner and outer rubber layers play a protective role. The inner rubber layer bears pressure and protects the conveying medium, while the outer rubber layer can protect the steel wire from damage.

Mainly used for various machine tools and mechanized and automated hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors, for conveying petroleum based liquids and water-based liquids.
3. Working temperature
Oil temperature ranges from -40 ℃ to 100 ℃, air temperature ranges from -30 ℃ to 50 ℃, and water emulsion temperature ranges below 80 ℃. Customization is required if the temperature exceeds this range.
4. Product Features

5. Precautions
① The bending radius should not be less than the given bending radius to prevent damage to the pipe frame or premature damage due to excessive stretching.
② Choose the correct type and specification of rubber hose according to the usage conditions, and do not use or substitute it incorrectly.
③ When using rubber hoses, the pressure should be adjusted evenly and slowly to avoid sudden pressure rise and damage to the hose body.
④ When the workplace changes, it should be transported off the ground and not dragged to avoid scratching the outer rubber and corroding the skeleton layer.
⑤ When transporting corrosive liquids, the interior should be cleaned thoroughly after use to prevent residues from corroding the pipe body for a long time, or corresponding series of products should be used.
The steel wire braided rubber hose has high strength and rigidity, and the internal steel wire layer can withstand the pressure during liquid transportation. The requirements for the steel wire layer are sufficient strength, good fatigue resistance, low elongation, corrosion resistance, and good bonding strength with rubber.
