The characteristics include physiological inertia, UV resistance, ozone resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-80 to 300 degrees), high transparency, strong resilience, oil resistance, stamping resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, voltage resistance, conductivity, and other properties. There are two types of rubber pipes for welding. According to national standards, the blue pipe is an oxygen pipe with a working pressure of 1.5 MPa; The red or black tube is an acetylene tube, and the allowable working pressure is 0.5-1.0MPa.
The special-shaped rubber tube is extruded from the rubber tube blank by an extruder, then parked (wrapped or coiled), removed from the core, cut, formed, steam vulcanized in a vulcanizing tank, and finally demolded and formed. Due to the diverse structures and varying lengths of special-shaped pipes, they need to be cut according to actual needs. Therefore, the adopted technical solution is:
1. Squeezing rubber tube blanks through an extruder;
2. Place the rubber tube blank into an electric heating oven for pre vulcanization;
3. Put the pre vulcanized rubber tube blank into the cutting machine for online cutting;
4. Screw the cut rubber tube blank into the mold;
5. Lift the rubber tube blank after passing through the mold into a steam vulcanization tank for molding and vulcanization;
6. Remove the vulcanized rubber hose from the mold to obtain the finished product of the special-shaped rubber hose.
Most special-shaped rubber pipes are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but some demanding oil and gas pipes have added flame retardants to the rubber material. Flame retardants contain toxic and harmful substances that can have a slight impact on human health and the atmosphere. The wire sheath in the working environment, which does not stick to multiple materials, can provide isolation in other fields and industries.
