Steel wire braided rubber hoses are widely used in various industries and are important components of the entire hydraulic system of equipment. 1、 Production quality

1. During the sulfurization process, the correct degree of sulfurization is not achieved, resulting in under sulfurization or over sulfurization. These two reasons result in various attributes and functions of the product not meeting the requirements, leading to problems during use.

2. Uneven wall thickness, especially in the inner adhesive layer.

3. The steel wire weaving or winding process was not carried out according to the design process, the weaving angle did not reach 54 degrees and 44 minutes, the steel wire weaving was too tight or too loose, and the deformation (elongation, shortening, or bending deformation) of the steel wire weaving rubber hose during use was significant.

4. The poor airtightness of the outer layer of adhesive leads to rusting of the steel wire.

5. The sealing performance of the inner layer adhesive is poor, and high-pressure oil can easily enter the steel wire layer. The adhesion between the adhesive layer and the steel wire layer is insufficient.

2、 Blind production without further improvement based on environmental or technical requirements, resulting in performance that cannot meet specific environmental or technical requirements. Although this aspect is rare, it will attract attention when mentioned.

3、 Quality of matching crimping joints

1. The material of the crimping joint does not meet the requirements.

2. The process design of the crimping joint does not meet the requirements.

4. Improper withholding, such as insufficient withholding amount.

5. Improper installation of steel wire braided rubber hose assembly.

6. If foreign objects (dust) enter the pump or valve, it will affect the normal operation of other equipment, indirectly affecting the hose assembly.
