1、 Maintenance

3、 Check

Check the interior of the hose components for cutting or bulging, blockage, and cleanliness. Check if the gap between the nut and the sleeve or between the hexagonal parts and the sleeve is correct. The nut should be able to rotate freely, and plastic covers should be placed on both ends of the hose to keep it clean.

4、 Acceptance Test - Hydraulic

The hose assembly should undergo hydraulic testing at twice the recommended working pressure, and the test pressure should be maintained for 30 seconds to 1 minute. When the test pressure is reached, the rubber hose assembly should be visually inspected for signs of leakage or performance degradation; 2. Whether there is any movement of the joint relative to the hose, such defects will result in non-compliance.

5、 Acceptance Testing - Pneumatic

Rubber hose components used in gas or air applications should be tested with 10 pounds per square inch of air or nitrogen and immersed in water. When the component starts to be pressurized, occasional bubbles may appear in the hose and joint, which is not considered a defect. However, if bubbles continue to appear at a stable speed in a specific area, the component should be considered unqualified.

6、 Exposed condensate and outlet pipes may cause:

1. Due to the loss of the binding protection of the external bandage, the water outlet pipeline directly contacts the outside world, causing it to become brittle and fall off, losing its function of exporting water.

2. The refrigerant pipe lacks insulation protection, which reduces the efficiency of the air conditioner and directly leads to a rapid increase in electricity bills.

3. In complex environments, connecting wires may break, making replacement quite cumbersome.
