Time:2023-10-12Page views:1221High-pressure steel wire braided hoseThe materials used include both non-metallic and metallic materials. Non metallic materials commonly used in the production process include nitrile rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. With the advancement of technology and the development of the rubber industry, EPDM rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chloroether rubber, hydrogenated butadiene rubber, etc. are gradually being applied in products. Used for manufacturing high-performance, high value-added high-pressure hose products. Non metallic reinforcement materials include nylon and polyester fibers. With the development of the textile industry, high-performance materials such as aramid fibers are gradually being applied to high-pressure rubber hoses. Metal materials include copper plated steel wire with circular cross-section and galvanized steel wire as the skeleton layer material. With the advancement of computer simulation, testing and other technologies, flat steel wire (copper plated steel wire with elliptical cross-section) is used for weaving.
New materials used:
1. Ethylene propylene diene monomer Eli: It has excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, weather aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical insulation performance, especially good resistance to ethylene glycol ether brake fluid and vegetable oil. It is suitable for manufacturing rubber pipes that are resistant to heat, steam, and strong corrosion media.
2. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber: It has excellent resistance to ozone and weather aging. Good chemical resistance, excellent flame retardancy, oil resistance, and tear resistance. Suitable for manufacturing high-pressure rubber hoses that are resistant to strong corrosive media, flame retardant, and ozone aging, and suitable for manufacturing rubber outer layers used in harsh atmospheric environments.
3. Chlorinated ether rubber: has excellent weather aging resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance. It has good flame retardancy and low breathability, suitable for manufacturing high-pressure rubber hoses that are resistant to oil, ozone, weather, and low breathability.
4. Hydrogenated butadiene rubber: It has excellent properties such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance, ozone resistance, etc., and is suitable for manufacturing high-pressure hoses with special requirements such as oil resistance.
5. NBR/PVC: Excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, ozone resistance, good extrusion performance, easy to process, suitable for manufacturing high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose outer rubber that is wear-resistant and ozone resistant.
6. Aramid fiber: Aramid fiber has excellent properties such as ultra-high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and light weight. Its strength is 7 times that of steel wire. The modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire or fiberglass. The toughness is twice that of steel wire, and the quality is only about 1/5 of steel wire. It does not decompose or melt at 450 ℃, and has good insulation and aging resistance.
7. Flat steel wire: It has high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, flexibility, good pressure bearing performance, and good resistance to torsion and bending deformation. High pressure steel wire braided/wound hoses made of flat steel wire have better pulse performance than hoses made of high-strength (ultra high strength) steel wire.
The above are the new materials used in the production of high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses. The main factors for selecting the form include system pressure, pressure fluctuations, oil flow rate, temperature, oil products, and environmental conditions.
