2. Use a rolling mill to press the middle layer rubber paddles, then add isolation agent to roll and cut them into the specified width according to the requirements of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose production process.
3. Next, the rubber hose with a core is woven with steel wire layers in the weaving equipment. At the same time, attention should be paid to synchronously winding the middle layer of rubber sheet on every two layers of copper plated wire rope and the middle of the copper plated steel wire in the winding machine or weaving machine, and also to tie the beginning and end of the winding steel wire.
4. Then wrap the outer layer of adhesive on the extruder and wrap it with a lead or vulcanized maintenance layer.
5. This method mainly involves immersing the rubber hose into a vulcanization tank or salt bath for the required vulcanization.
6. The next step is to remove the vulcanization maintenance layer of the rubber hose, then extract it and fasten the pipe joint.
