Cleaning of hydraulic system for steel wire braided rubber hose
Time:2023-12-04Page views:1046Steel wire braided rubber hoseWidely applicable and closely related to daily life, such as fluid connection pipeline systems used in industries such as automobiles, engineering machinery, lathes, machinery, metallurgy, petroleum, mining, construction, chemical industry, shipbuilding, military industry, textiles, ships, entertainment, electronics, etc. When choosing a rubber hose, it is necessary to first understand the raw materials used in its production. The raw materials used directly affect the quality and performance of the product. If the quality and performance of the selected raw materials are good, the product's performance will also be high, and of course, the price will be relatively high. If the quality and performance of the selected raw materials are average, the performance of the product will also decrease.
The progress of production technology and equipment has led to rapid industrial development, and the updating speed of production equipment is also very fast. With the continuous introduction of advanced production equipment and advanced production processes, the quality and appearance of the products produced are also constantly improving. In the maintenance of hydraulic systems, flushing is generally required before the system is officially put into operation. The purpose of flushing is to remove residual pollutants, metal shavings, fiber compounds, iron cores, etc. from the system. Therefore, the hydraulic system oil circuit should be cleaned according to the following steps.
1. Clean the fuel tank with an easy to dry cleaning solvent, and then use filtered air to remove solvent residue.
2. Clean the various pipelines of the hydraulic system, and in some cases, immerse the pipelines and joints.
3. Install oil filters in hydraulic pipelines to protect the oil supply and pressure pipelines of valves.
4. Install a flushing plate on the collector to replace valves, such as electro-hydraulic servo valves.
5. Check if the size of the steel wire braided rubber hose is appropriate and if the connection is correct.
If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the hydraulic system, the flushing plate of the servo valve should allow the oil to flow from the steel wire braided rubber hose to the collector and directly return to the oil tank. This allows the oil to circulate repeatedly to flush the hydraulic system and allow the oil filter to remove solid particles. During the flushing process, check the oil filter every 1-2 hours to prevent it from being clogged by pollutants. Do not open the bypass at this time. If you find that the oil filter is starting to clog, replace the oil filter immediately. The flushing cycle is determined by the structure of the hydraulic system and the degree of system contamination. If there are no or very few external pollutants in the filter medium sample, install a new oil filter, remove the flushing plate, and then install the valve.
