1、 Joint crimping
1. High pressure oil pipe and joint model

2. Determine the length of the feeding hose
Length of feeding hose: The total length of the hose includes the length of the joints at both ends of the hose, and the actual length should be subtracted from the length of the joints at both ends.
3. Cutting pipes
The high-pressure oil pipe should be cut to the design length according to its required specifications, and the cutting section should be vertical, flat, and not damage the steel wire layer.
4. Peel off the outer adhesive layer
For rubber hoses that require stripping of the outer layer, the length of the outer layer at both ends of the hose should be stripped according to the size of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose joint and sheath, and the position should be marked with markers. After stripping, the steel wire must not be damaged, the steel wire must not be loose, and the inner wall must not be damaged.
5. Mark the position of the inserted connector
Place the rubber hose next to the pipe joint and mark the insertion depth.
6. Insert connector
Apply a small amount of hydraulic oil or lubricating oil to the core of the joint, and insert the pipe into the joint until the marking line is flush with the end of the sleeve.
7. Angle setting

9. Clean and seal
The hydraulic system needs to achieve the corresponding cleanliness, and quick and convenient pressure cleaning equipment should be used to clean the hose components. The device uses kerosene to flush the inner wall of the rubber hose assembly, then uses high-pressure gas to blow out the cleaning solution, and protects the cleaned high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose with a sealing cap or bag.
10. Pressure detection
The sampling pressure test of the rubber hose needs to be conducted on a pressure test bench. Pressurize the hose assembly to twice the predetermined working pressure and maintain this pressure for 30-60 seconds without any leakage.
2、 Where can the crimping position of the joint effectively prevent it from coming off?
If the blasting pressure is greater than 4 times the standard working pressure, it is considered a qualified rubber hose. If an explosion occurs at the crimping point, the main reason is that the rubber hose and the joint have not reached a suitable fit.
